Rafał's journey began in 2001, leading to his role as a co-creator of the international success of hybris (acquired by SAP) and later as Managing Director of SAP Labs Poland. This enterprise experience shaped his approach to system architecture — pragmatic, scalable, and resistant to technical debt.
Today, his core focus is on driving innovation and actively shaping the European tech scene. As the leader of co.brick and founder of the Silesian Startup Foundation, Rafał partners with dozens of European startups across defense tech, logistics, insurance, and e-commerce.
co.brick was born from frustration with how many tech companies promise results but don't take responsibility for them. Rafał built the company around one simple principle: only the client's business outcome matters.
Driven by the vision of "Knowledge that acts", Rafał and his team not only scale platforms for major players but also build proprietary, AI-powered solutions for the industry — including co.brick Assist, Observe, and Resolve. By leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver real process optimization and modern maintenance management, co.brick ensures that innovation always translates into measurable business success.
